Last updated: August 18, 2026

The short version: we collect what's needed to run your queue and log you in, we don't sell it or hand it to advertisers, patient/customer names stay off the public display board unless you turn that on, and there's no tracking pixel or analytics script on this site or in the app — you can check the page source if you'd like.

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the product you signed up for:

  • Account information — the email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), clinic/business name, and country you give us at signup, plus which page or link referred you if you arrived from one.
  • Queue/tool data — the information your staff enters to run the tool: patient or customer names, appointment/token status, and timestamps. This is your data, entered by you and your team, not something we go looking for.
  • Technical data — your IP address (used only to prevent abuse — bot signups and brute-force attempts — and discarded from that check within a short window, not stored against your account) and standard request metadata every web server logs.

How we use it

Strictly to run the service:

  • To operate your queue, display board, and reports.
  • To send you account emails — a sign-in link, a signup confirmation. Nothing else. We don't send marketing email to your customers or patients, because we never have their email addresses to begin with.
  • To detect and block abuse — bot signups, credential-stuffing attempts, and anything that would exhaust the shared infrastructure every tenant relies on.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. There is no ad tracking or third-party analytics script anywhere on this site or in the app.

Who else sees it

A small, named list of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf to make the service work — never a data broker, never an ad network:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the application, database, and every request. This is the entire infrastructure the product runs on.
  • Resend — sends the transactional emails described above (sign-in links, signup confirmations). It does not receive your queue data, only the email address and message content needed to deliver that one email.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-detection check run at signup. It sees your IP address and browser signals for that one request, the same way any CAPTCHA would.

Your controls

  • Names on the public display board are off by default. The waiting-room screen shows a token number, not a name, unless the account owner turns names on from Account settings. Off is the starting point for every new account, not something you have to find and enable.
  • Export or delete your data. Self-serve export/delete tools aren't built yet — until they are, email support@myeasytool.net and we'll handle it directly, promptly, and at no cost.
  • Cancel any time. Your data isn't deleted the moment a trial lapses — you won't lose your queue history by taking a few days to decide.

Cookies

We use one essential, first-party session cookie to keep you signed in — nothing else reads or writes it, and it isn't used to track you across other sites. A couple of small local preferences (dark/light mode, whether you've turned on display-board sound) are stored in your browser's own localStorage/sessionStorage, never sent anywhere. No third-party cookies, no ad IDs, no cross-site tracking.

Children's privacy

myeasytool is a business tool for clinics, salons, and repair shops, built for use by staff, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and the service isn't directed at them.

Where data lives

Your data is stored and processed on Cloudflare's global network. If you have a specific data-residency requirement, email us — we'll tell you plainly whether we can meet it before you rely on us to.

Changes to this policy

If this changes in a way that matters to how your data is handled, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for account holders, say so directly rather than let it change quietly underneath you.
